WITH INCORPORATION OF STEEL FIBERS AND SYNTHETIC FIBERS

Concrete floors free of conventional reinforcement in which only concrete with added fibers is utilized significantly improves their pre and post-hardening properties, such as tenacity, flexing, and resistance to crack propagation, both from impact and fatigue. This addition can be carried out with the use of synthetic fibers (polypropylene and glass) and metal fibers.

WITH WELDED SCREENS

The most traditional market solution, being widely used in any situation, is both weight, through the simple frame in a single layer of screen (upper or lower) or weight, through the use of two layers of screen (upper and lower).

WITH ADDED MINERALS AND METAL BY SPRAYING

Highly qualified flooring for severe wear requests which presents several advantages. They are generally reinforced, in which specific granulometric compounds are added to a base of Portland cement and previously selected aggregates of mineral and/or metallic origin, then released dry over newly densified concrete through manual or mechanical sprinkler systems. A floor surface between 2 to 3 mm of thickness is incorporated to this system, corresponding to classification as group "A" of the EB2100/NBR-11801 norms and standards.

LIQUID SURFACE HARDENER

A Liquid Product that’s ready to use, applied onto the concrete floor without a coating, increases the resistance of the floor by 40% due to the formation of a protective film which prevents the penetration of grime, prolonging its useful life.

CHEMICAL CURING

The chemical curing agent with an acrylic resin base, when applied on the uncoated concrete floor, forms a surface film and prevents the evaporation of the water used in the concrete mixture.

JOINT TREATMENT AND EXECUTION OF POLYMERIC LIPS

The ideal product for joints strengthening which receive impacts resulting from forklift traffic. It is a system in which a high-tech, tri-component mortar compound is used, based on urethane resin and applied as reinforcement or to repair the joint edges. Its ability to absorb impacts is due to its resiliency feature (moderate flexibility).

Applications: Enhancing border joints; lip repairs due to cracking;

URETHANE RESINED INDUSTRIAL FLOOR COATINGS

A monolithic, tri-component coating, the base urethane resin was developed to offer protection against caustics, acids, solvents and most chemicals currently produced in addition to withstanding thermal shock which may vary from +104°C to -90°C. It is released for light traffic in 6 hours and to heavy traffic and forklifts in 12 hours. It can be applied in two ways:
- Mortaring: A single applied layer of 6 to 9 mm thick;
- A Self leveling product: applied in layers totaling 3 to 4 mm.

Application: The food and beverage industry, refrigerating, industrial kitchens and dairy industries.

COATINGS IN EPOXY RESINED INDUSTRIAL FLOORS

A monolithic, tri-component coating, with a base of epoxy resin and mineral filler. This is a product which provides a coating with very high aesthetic appeal as well as highly resistant chemical and physical waterproof protection.

Applications: Dealerships; commercial establishments; the food and beverage Industry; the pharmaceutical industry; the auto Industry; and hospitals.

HIGH RESISTANCE CEMENT MORTAR APPLICATION

This is a high strength cement mortar, used as a coating for industrial floors. It is developed with the latest technology, includes in its unique formulation, previously selected aggregates of great hardness, following the Fuller curve, with Portland type cement and additives. It can be applied on site by the systems: simultaneously (wet/wet) for the newly laid concrete slab or in a maximum period of 24 hours after the laying of concrete.

Applications: refrigerating stores, slaughterhouses and cold chambers; the food industry; the steel and metallurgy industry; the textile industry; and distribution centers;

HIGH PERFORMANCE FINISH (HPF):

This can be applied to surfaces of new or existing concrete, with the purpose of protecting the concrete structure as well as modernizing and beautifying the floor.
